Vin de France Sparkling Wine Petnat "Libres!", L'Alezan (Remi & Patricia Bonneton) 2021

A white sparkling wine made with direct pressed Syrah and whole-cluster Clairette macerated with skins for a week. Vinified without additives and no added sulfites. Aged in vats for six months and disgorged without dosage.
