Consisting mainly of Grecanico and a field blend of Carricante, Catarratto, Insolia, and Minnella Bianca, macerated on the skins for a week in old chestnut barrels. Vinified naturally without additives and very low added sulfites. Bottled without fining or filtration. A dry white wine with floral aromas and citrus notes. A one-of-a-kind cuvée!
